Most products are held at a suppliers warehouse until an order is placed. Once your order is received we'll immediately place the requisition from the supplier and have your products moved to our location. Once in-hand and inspected for quality, your products are shipping out to the address on your order.
For these reasons, there is a 3-5 business day processing time on all orders. After which the shipment is dispatched and will arrive based on your selected shipping method.
We offer Domestic and International shipping options through UPS, DHL, and USPS worldwide services. Exact processing times and delivery transit times for each carrier service is based on the service provider. Buyers should contact the shipping carrier directly in response to lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
For the shipping method of "Hand Delivery to my Event", please contact LARP Empire via Facebook or firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm our presence at the event you'd like delivered. Once confirmed, and your order is placed, we will hold your items until the event and have them available during the event on a "Will Call" basis. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pick up their items from an official LARP Empire agent during the event, and LARP Empire will not be responsible for items not picked up. Additionally once items have been delivered to the buyer, they are the property and responsibility of the buyer. LARP Empire will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged purchases after hand off.
